Artichoke’s pie

Lets finish the year with a delicious recipe for New Year’s Eve celebrations.  A healthy and tasty dish to welcome the New Year.

ARTICHOKE BAKE (4 people)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup of fried onion Ferrer
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 jars of Artichokes Extra Ferrer
  • 2 tablespoons of Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of Basil
  • 150 gr Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Soya Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cream of Seafood Soup Ferrer

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the Olive Oil and add the Garlic, previously crushed until golden.  Add the Fried Onion and mix well.
  3. Cut each Artichoke heart in 4 parts.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs, then add the Onion and Garlic mix, Basil, Parsley and Soya Milk. Mix well.
  5. Coat 4 ramekin dishes with some Butter. Cover the base with some Sesame Seeds and Parmesan Cheese. Add the Artichoke mix.
  6. Cook in the Oven for 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm or cold with some Cream of Seafood Soup as a side dish.
