This month’s recipe: Sweet Vichyssoise

PREPARATION

  • Cool the Vichyssoise in the fridge previously.
  • Pour the cream into two bowls.
  • Dice the apple and cut the grapes into halves.
  • Season the Vichyssoise with the fruit pieces and serve it cold.

INGREDIENTS: FOR 2 PEOPLE

  1. 1 Ferrer 720 ml Vichyssoise cream
  2. Grapes
  3. Golden-type apple
