ingredients

  • 1 White escarole
  • 200 gr Salt cod
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 2 Green tomatoes
  • 50 gr black olives
  • xatò sauce
  • 50 gr Tuna in oil

Preparation step by step

Flake the cod and leave it to soak for desalination.

Wash and cut the escarole.

Put the escarole on a dish and add olives, tomatoes cut into pieces, anchovies, cod and tuna.

To finish, season it with  Xató Ferrer Sauce and serve it.
