Pre-heat the Oven to 150 degrees Celcius.

Add Salt and Pepper to the two Breams.

Peal the Potatoes and cut them in 1 cm slices.

Place them flat on the bottom of an oven tray, add salt and pepper. Lay the two Breams on top of the Potatoes.

Pour the Fish Broth Ferrer on top of the Potatoes and Breams.

Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Keep the fish moist by pouring some of the juices on top.

Serve the Bream and Potatoes on a serving tray sprinkled with some fresh Parsley and Salsa Calçots Ferrer.
