Grilled Salmon with Mediterranean Sauce

Ingredients

4 Salmon cutlets
400 g Potatoes
olive Oil
Salt
Mediterranean Sauce Ferrer

Preparation step by step

Place the iron in the fire and when hot place the salmon on the part of the skin without turning it over.

Peel and cut potatoes and steaming slices.

In a bowl place a potato base. Put the salmon supreme over and dressed with a dollop of Mediterranean Ferrer (previously heated in a pan with little oil) each.
