A Catalan highland dish.
Fry the chooped pork ribs in a pan with olive oil until well browned.
Add the Tomato Sofrito Home Ferrer, stir and leave to cook for 30 minutes.
Drain the jar of the Pyrenees Llanega Ferrer and add to the pan. Add water if necessary.
Stir over low heat for 2 or 3 minutes, and you can serve.
