ingredients

  • 1 jar Spanish Omelette and Onion mix Ferrer
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 jar Artichokes Extra Ferrer

Preparation step by step

In a frying pan, heat up the Spanish Omelette mix

Once hot, drain excess oil

Beat 3 eggs and add to the hot mix

After 2/3 minutes, turn the omelette and cook for a further 2/3 minutes or to the desired consistency
