Conserves Ferrer gluten-free products

Coeliacs are people that react to the ingestion of gluten, a protein present in wheat, barley, oats and rye. People who suffer from this ailment, need to follow a specific diet and eat gluten-free products or with minimum contents. CONSERVES FERRER began manufacturing gluten-free products in the year 2008, duly labelling these products, as requested by the European standards.
