Asparagus and spring salads |
Asparagus are the tender sprouts of the plant called Asparagus albus, its season goes from April to June, but nowadays we can savour asparagus all along the year, as Conserves Ferrer works on the production of preserved asparagus, a product of high demand from all countries.
