INGREDIENTS:
• Finely sliced beef
• Olive oil
• Flour
• Bread crumbs
• ½ glass of wine
• 1 jar of Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito"
• 1 Jar of Rovellons (Milk Cup) Extra Medallón Ferrer
PREPARATION:
• Batter the beef slices in flour and bread crumbs in halves.
• Put them into the frying pan with the hot oil until they get coloured on both sides.
• Once cooked, keep them aside.
• In the same pan, put the Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito". When it comes to the boil, add the wine and let it reduce.
• Add a tablespoon of flour and stir until it becomes even. Then, put in the reserved slices of beef.
• Cover it with broth and let it cook slowly.
• Before the meat becomes tender, put in the previously drained Rovellons Extra Medallón Ferrer and let it cook for a while.
