INGREDIENTS:
• Pork ribs
• Olive oil or lard
• 1 Jar of Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito"
PREPARATION:
• Cut the ribs in 4 cm chunks.
• Fry them in a frying pan with oil or lard until they become golden brown.
• Add the Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito", stir up and let it cook for a while
• Drain the jar of Ferrer Pyrenees Llanega and add it into the pot with the pork rib.
• Stir all up in a slow fire for 2 or 3 minutes and it is ready to serve.
