Scrambled eggs with mushrooms

  INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Jar of  Ferrer Mixed Wild Mushrooms
• 2 eggs per person
• 1  Ferrer Extra Truffle
• 1 clove of garlic
• ½ onion
• Milk cream

PREPARATION:

• Drain the Ferrer Mixed Wild Mushrooms and chop them into very small bits.
• Grate the Ferrer Extra Truffle  and chop the onion in very small bits. Keep it aside.
• Stir-fry the mushrooms with the garlic and some oil.
• Add the eggs and stir up in a slow fire.
• Before the eggs are settled, add some milk cream together with the truffle and the onion.
