INGREDIENTS: (for 6 people) •500 ml of milk •150 g of sweet ham •60 g of grated cheese •25 g of butter •2 tablespoonfuls of olive oil •2 tablespoonfuls of flour •1 lemon •Water and salt •1 jar of Ferrer Artichoke Hearts METHOD: • Drain the Ferrer Artichoke Hearts, cut them in half, and put them in an ovenproof platter with the cut side facing up. • Chop up the sweet ham and place some in each of the artichoke halves. • To prepare the Bechamel, heat the butter and the oil in a pan. When the butter has liquefied, add the flour. Continue mixing the ingredients together. Add the cold milk slowly without stopping stirring. Let it cook for about 6 minutes. • Salt the Bechamel and drizzle it over the artichokes. • Sprinkle with the grated cheese and gratiné in the stove for 15 or 20 minutes. • It can be served on the same platter. |
