METHOD:
• Open the jar of Ferrrer Home-made Escalivada and cut the onion, the pepper and the eggplant into pieces. Mix the ingredients to obtain an even mix. • Fill the vol-au-vent with the escalivada, and decorate them with a bit of Ferrer Allioli Sauce on top.
