INGREDIENTS: (for 6 people) • 200 g of sweet ham • 3 hard-boiled eggs • 3 dressing tomatoes • 1 tablespoonful of cut onion • 1 tablespoonful of cut parsley • 1 medium cucumber • Mayonnaise • Salt • 1 jar of Ferrer Asparagus Extra METHOD: • Drain the asparagus. • Cut the asparagus into 3 cm slices. Dice the ham into pieces. • Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and salt them. Set them aside so they can become watery. • Peel the cucumber and repeat the same process as with the tomatoes. • Carve out half of the hard-boiled eggs into a bowl. Add the asparagus, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, half a spoonful of parsley and the onion. • Mix together with the mayonnaise and set it in the fridge for one hour. • Serve it accompanied by the rest of the hard-boiled eggs (cut in slices) and sprinkle them with parsley. |
