Scrambled eggs with beans recipe

• Heat the oil in a pan. Once it is heated, add the finely chopped onion.
• Let it cook for 5 minutes so that the onion is fried but it does not change colour.
• Add the ham and continue stirring for 3 minutes. Next, add the previously drained Ferrer Fried Beans-Mini Baby and stir a few times.
• Beat the eggs in a bowl with very little salt and add them to the pan. Stir quickly.
• When the eggs start to solidify, transfer it all to a platter and serve immediately.
