Beans with bacon sauté recipe

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)

•2 jars of Ferrer Ganxet Beans
•300 g of bacon fat
•200 ml of white wine
•One bay leaf
•Salt
•1 jar of Ferrer Home-made Tomato Frito Sauce

METHOD:

• Cut the bacon fat into pieces and lightly salt them.
• Put the Ferrer Home-made Tomato Frito Sauce in a pot and add the bacon fat. Cook it over low heat until the bacon fat is tender. Next, add the white wine and the bay leaf.
• Add the previously drained Ferrer Ganxet Beans and let them cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
• If you prefer a more liquid dish, it is not necessary to drain the beans or you can add water while they are cooking.
