INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people) •1 jar of Ferrer Pedrosillano Chickpeas •Salt •1 jar of Ferrer Home-made Tomato Sofrito Sauce •4 eggs For the sauce: •2 cloves of garlic •25 g of toasted almonds •Parsley •Salt and black pepper
METHOD: • Eliminate the liquid covering the Ferrer Chickpeas (drain). • Put the Ferrer Home-made Tomato Sofrito Sauce in a casserole and heat it. • Add the drained chickpeas to the casserole. Stir continuously over low heat. • Chop up the almonds, the pepper, the salt, the garlic and some of the parsley in a mortar. Add the sauce to the casserole. • Finish by mixing all the ingredients together so they form an even mixture. • The dish is now finished. All that is left is to decorate it by placing the hard-boiled eggs (cut in half) on top. |
