INGREDIENTS: (serves 4 )
• 350 g. of rice
• 500 g. of cuttlefish
• 6 sachets of ink
• 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper
• 100 g of peeled prawns
• Olive oil
• 1l of fish broth ( or 1l of water)
• Salt
• 100 g of Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito"
• Ferrer Allioli Sauce
PREPARATION:
• Clean the cuttlefish and dice them. The green and red peppers must also be chopped in small bits.
• Fry the three ingredients in a clay pot with olive oil until they get a colour.
• Add the Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito", the rice and the ink and stir up until an even mixture is achieved.
• When hot, add very hot broth (or water) with some salt and cover it.
• Let it boil for 5-6 minutes, check the salt and cover it.
• Add the prawns and put the pot in the oven for 15 minutes.
• Let the black rice rest for 5 minutes and serve with Ferrer Allioli Sauce.
