Broiled salmon with Mediterranean sauce

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 persons)
•4 Salmon Supreme
•400 g of potatoes
•Olive oil
•Salt
Ferrer Mediterranean Sauce

 

METHOD:

• Place the salmon skin-down on a preheated griddle. Do not turn the salmon over.
• Peel and to cut the potatoes in slices. Then, steam them.
• Make a base in a cooking dish with the potatoes. Put the salmon supreme on top and drizzle each of them with a spoonful of the Ferrer Mediterranean Sauce (preheated in a pan with a little bit of oil).
