INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
•400 g of small-sized macaroni
•300 g of minced meat
•Olive oil
•Salt
•Butter
•Grated cheese
•1 jar of Ferrer Home-made Tomato Sofrito Sauce
METHOD:
• Heat a tall saucepan filled with abundant water, salt and a bit of oil.
• When it comes to a boil, add the pasta and cover. Remove the cover when it starts boiling again.
• Cook the pasta until it is "al dente".
• Cook the Ferrer Home-made Tomato Sofrito Sauce and the minced meat in a casserole for 3 or 4 minutes. Test its saltiness.
• Drain the pasta and add it to the mixture. Stir it until it is evenly mixed.
• Place the pasta on a buttered platter.
• Add cheese and butter slices to the top.
• Gratiné the platter in the stove just before serving.
