Meat lasagne recipe

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
•A package of pasta for cannelloni
•Olive oil and Salt
•Bechamel Sauce
•Finely grated parmesan cheese
•Ferrer Bolognese Sauce

 

METHOD:

• Boil water and salt in a pot. Add the cannelloni pasta one at a time to keep them from sticking together.
• When they are done, drain them and cool them down with cold water. Set the cooked pasta aside.
• To make the filling, mix the Ferrer Bolognese Sauce and the Bechamel sauce in a bowl. Stir them together until they form an even mixture.
• In a cooking dish coated with oil, place one of the cannelloni sheets followed by a spoonful of the filling. Repeat the process three or four times to form various layers.
• Top it off with Bechamel sauce and finely grated parmesan cheese. Gratiné the dish in a preheated stove.
