Mussels with Romesco sauce

INGREDIENTS: (serves 4 )

• 1 kg of mussels
• ½ glass of white wine
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 onion
• 1 twig of parsley
• 1 jar of Ferrer Romesco Sauce

PREPARATION:

• Wash the mussels and steam them open in a covered pot together with ½ a glass of white wine, some chopped onion and the bay leaves.
• Once open, let them cool down.
• Then, remove the top shell and place them on a tray.
• Add a tablespoon of Ferrer Romesco Sauce on each and decorate the dish with a twig of parsley.
