INGREDIENTS: ( serves 4 )
• 400 g of thick noodles
• 400 g of clams
• olive oil
• 1 glass of dry white wine
• 1 spoonful of flour
• Chopped parsley
• Salt and black pepper
• grated parmesan cheese
• 1 jar of Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito"
PREPARATION:
• Steam open the clams with some salt and the white wine.
• Drain the clams straining the broth and keep it aside.
• Boil the pasta with plenty of water, a dash of olive oil and salt.
• In another frying pan, put the Ferrer Fried Tomato "Sofrito".
• Next, add the flour to the sautée and let it become golden brown for a moment.
• Mix the sautée with the broth from the clams and add a good dose of pepper and parsley.
• Let it cook for a moment and check the salt.
• Drain the pasta when it is "al dente" and put it into the sauce pot. Then, stir it up.
• Place the pasta with the sauce on a tray and the clams on top.
• Serve with the grated cheese on the side.
