Pasta with shrimp and Romesco sauce

INGREDIENTS: ( serves 4 )

• 500 g of pasta (your choice)
• 300 g of shrimps (preferably peeled)
• olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• 200 ml of liquid white cream
• grated cheese
• parsley
Ferrer Romesco Sauce

 

PREPARATION:

• Boil the pasta in plenty of water, salt and olive oil and drain.
• Put the prawns on  a previously heated frying pan with some oil and a whole clove of garlic.
• In another pan, heat up the pasta.
• Next, add the prawns and mix slowly.
• Finally, add the jar of Salsa Romesco Ferrer, mixed with liquid white cream and let it cook for 1 minute.
• It can be served with cheese and decorated with parsley.
