INGREDIENTS: •1 leg of lamb •One glass of white wine •¼ kg of butter •Potatoes •Zucchini •Carrots •Salt and Black Pepper •Garlic •Aromatic herbs •Ferrer Brava Sauce METHOD: • Season the leg of lamb to taste and put it in an ovenproof dish with butter and some water. • Make a hole for the garlic, herbs and wine. • Cut the potatoes, the zucchini and the carrots into slices and boil them all together. • Cook the leg of lamb in the stove at 180º C. . After it has cooked for a while, fill the hole with the garlic-herb-wine mix. Afterwards, place the potatoes, zucchini and carrots on top of the thigh. • When the meat is cooked, take it out of the stove and serve it with the Ferrer Brava Sauce.
