INGREDIENTS: •Squids (preferably small) •Olive oil •Onion •Flour •1 jar of Ferrer Mediterranean Sauce METHOD: • Clean the squids. • Cut up the squids that you do not want to stuff and the legs. • Chop up the onion very finely. Then, add it to a preheated pan with olive oil. When the onion is browned, remove it from the heat and add the cut up squid and 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the Ferrer Mediterranean Sauce. • Fill the whole squids with the prepared mixture. • When they are all filled, flour them and fry them in a casserole with olive oil. • When they have started to change colour, pour in the rest of the Ferrer Mediterranean Sauce and add water until the squids are covered. Let it cook over low heat until it reduces. |
