Tagliatelle with clams

INGREDIENTS:
•500 g of Tagliatelle pasta
•400 g Clams
•Olive oil and Salt
•1 or 2 garlic cloves
•1 glass of white wine
•Cut parsley
•Ferrer Neapolitan Sauce

 

METHOD:

• Boil the tagliatelle in a pot with oil and salt. When they are done, drain them and set them aside in a separate container.
• Fry the garlic cloves with olive oil in a casserole. When they are browned, add the cut parsley and the wine.
• Once it comes to a boil, add the clams and cover. Let it cook over low heat until the shells open.
• As soon as the wine has reduced, add the Ferrer Neapolitan Sauce and stir slowly.
• Add the tagliatelle and stir again.
• Place on a serving dish.
