Warm broad-bean salad

With all the flavor of the Mediterranean garden and the Spanish serrano ham.

Yields2 Servings
 1 jar of Ferrer fried broad beans
 50 g of cured ham cubes
 Salad beansprouts
 Vinaigrette (arbequina olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt)

Place the beansprouts on the plates.

Sauté the broad beans with the ham and put on the plates.

Make a thoroughly mixed vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar and salt and season to taste.
