La Salsa Romesco es una salsa típica de Cataluña. Elaborada con almendras, aceite de oliva, tomate y ajo, es ideal para servir con carnes, verduras y pescado. Sugerimos utilizar la Salsa Romesco para preparar un Cocido de Pescado, añadiendo vino blanco, caldo, la Salsa Romesco y el pescado. Fácil y rápido.

Tomate, aceite de girasol, aceite de oliva, agua, almendra, vinagre, ajo, azúcar, pimentón dulce, pimienta negra y sal.
