Lentils with vegetables

An easy and quick-to-prepare dish to eat well at any moment.

Yields2 Servings
 1 jar of Ferrer brown lentils
 1 piece of red pepper
 1 piece of green pepper
 ½ onion
 1 carrot
 1 clove of garlic
 Salt and olive oil

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in olive oil with the clove of garlic.

Add the lentils with their liquid and cook together for 5 minutes (if you want a more liquid consistency, just add water); season if necessary.
