Vegetable tempura

A vegetarian simple and delicious recipe combining Mediterranean cuisine with Eastern.

Yields2 Servings
 Vegetables cut into sticks, rings or small pieces (carrot, onion, pepper, aubergine, broccoli, courgette, etc.)
 Flour, water and salt
 Olive oil
 1 jar of Ferrer romesco sauce

Make the tempura batter by mixing the flour with cold water and salt.

Dip the vegetables in the tempura batter and fry them in hot oil.

Serve with the romesco sauce (pour the sauce into a bowl and stir thoroughly).
